BMX Workshops by Scottish BMX School was an amazing addition to Platform's activities at our summer festivals in Alexandra Park and Easterhouse. Reece delivered really fun, inclusive and exciting workshops with great enthusiasm for kids of all ages; teaching tricks and BMX skills, and teaching some kids how to ride a bike for the first time!

Highly recommend Scottish BMX School for a totally refreshing, new way to try BMX. Our young people absolutely loved it - already asking me when they can do it again. Reece also helped us source the kit we need to be able to practice ourselves afterwards. BMX promotes a sense of community and resilience and this was such a great example of that, everyone encouraging each other and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones. We can't wait to have Scottish BMX School back again!

Reece and the Scottish BMX school were outstanding at a bike bash event I organised for P7 students in the Peeblesshire area. Their knowledge was incredible and enthusiasm with the students excellent. The BMX skill stations were actually rated highest for enjoyment in the student's poll following the event. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Reece and Scottish BMX School have provided excellent flatland BMX and Pumptrack BMX sessions for us here at Strathclyde Country Park over the last 18 months, allowing us the opportunity to offer this exciting activity to the people of North Lanarkshire and park visitors. The feedback we received from these sessions was fantastic and the skill, experience and patience of the coaches during the BMX workshops were first class.

Reece at Scottish BMX School has helped the residents of Newmains to celebrate and get excited about BMXing. He works in a professional but fun manner making it easy to tailor the sessions to the needs of the community, at the Newmains on Wheels event we had brilliant feedback from the residents young and old who were trying BMX flatland for the first time. Despite the horrible weather Scottish BMX School delivered a high quality ,safe session and I would recommend the business to any community group, business or individual looking to bring in BMX expertise. Cheers Reece

Reece from the Scottish BMX School was such a great addition to our Bike & BBQ School Fundraiser. His interaction with the kids was genuine and they loved watching his skills and then chatting with him all about BMX.”

We were so happy to have the Scottish BMX School join our celebration event: it gave us the chance to offer something different to the usual diversionary activities, by engaging with the young people and giving them skills and confidence they could take away with them. It was great to see the boys and girls getting tricky in no time at all, and I look forward to seeing them out in the park, using the control and focus they have gained working with Reece.

Thank you for being a part of our event, the kids that took part really enjoyed it. More than one of them, my boy included, stated that the BMX was their favourite part of the day. It had an additional effect of keeping the skatepark quieter, which is great for everyone’s enjoyment and safety. It complimented what we do perfectly. I’d love it if you wanted to come back next year.
Enjoyable and accessible to all ages and skill levels, Scottish BMX School, Flatland skills workshops are a perfect way to introduce young people to an exciting sport and build confidence. Well done.

Reece gave a great BMX Workshop at Quality Yard in June 2023 as part of the Leith Festival. Reece's superb BMX skills plus his patience and support for the young riders was a pleasure to watch. He tailored his workshop to the wide range of attendees from youngsters, teenagers and even up to adults looking to get back into BMX riding with their own children. We at Quality Yard wish Reece every success going forward.

Working with Reece has been a delight and a great added value to our annual Bike Fest (Moray). He’s professional, he’s got multiple bikes to try out and communicates greatly with youth and adults. His workshop area is well marked-off to avoid collisions with passers-by or spectators. During the workshop he keeps an eye out for all the kids (and adults!) that are trying out one of the bikes and at the same time finds time to help people individually.
